Our goal is to make Pocahontas County a no kill and are working towards getting a shelter/building so that the animals here can be indoors all we need is the insulation and paneling and we can start using the indoor building . We are also in Urgent need of frontline or other flea control for dogs and cats .
We are very overloaded and do not want to have to put anyone down but we are completely out of room! Please help, as some only have a couple of days left !!!!!!!! The cats & Kitten ( not picture )are in need of sponsors for vetting.

3: Teddy 2 year old male redbone hound pet only good with other dogs, loves kids Owner surrender no time for him . NO Cats! Loves people and is very hyper needs a fenced yard and plenty of room to run.

4: Danny is about a 3 year old, male, beagle. He is scared of men at this time, but loves women and children. He is ok with other dogs and cats so far. If you are interested in this copper nosed beagle boy, email us!
5: Sissy is about 2 years old and is a border collie and terrier mix. She is friendly, gets along well with other dogs and cats. Sissy loves children! She came in with her brother Job. Would make a wonderful family companion! IF interested, please email us for more information.
6: Molly is a mix of lab/husky 6 months old very sweet but likes to jump, so she needs some obedience training. She is okay with other dogs and older childern. Owner surrender because she jumped up on their children. Very pretty girl!
7: Job is Sissy's brother. He is also a 2 year old border collie/terrier mix. He is a little shy but with some patience would make a wonderful family pet. He needs to put on some weight also.
8:Lucy is a spayed lab mix. More information coming soon!
9: Mickey is possibly around 2 years old and appears to be neutered already. He is a very good boy and seems to be housebroken also. He is great with other dogs and good with cats so far. He would make a wonderful companion to any home!

10: Tommy is a Basset and Black Lab mix. He is approximately 4 years old. He is very friendly but a bit scared right now with the new surroundings. If you are interested in this cutie please email for more information!
11: Lucy is a Basset mix puppy that is 5 months old. Lucy has had her first shots and rabies shot. She came in with her brother Baxter. VERY cute little gal!

12: Arie is a sweet 4 year old boy he loves to run and play he is housebroken gets along with other dogs and is okay with cats. He was a owner surrender due to he likes to kill chickens, and chase deer.

13: Nash is a 1 old he is shy at first but warms up fast he is housebroken good with children, dogs and cats owner surrender due to he likes to kill chickens and chase deer he came in with Arie and little bear.
14: Jake is a sweet around 8 years old Walker Coonhound he gets along with other dog But NO CATS. He was a owner surrender, due to the fact he dosn't want to hunt anymore. He would make someone a great compaion if you could find it in your heart to give him a chance.
