12/4/13" The Rutherford Co, NC shelter kills over 85% of their cats... we (Rural Shelter Transports) are one of the only groups who pull from there. We currently cannot pull any more cats without rescue until we move what we have... but with rescue commitment, we can get these cats out, get them vetted, and get them quarantined for transport at NO cost to the rescue. PLEASE, if you can help, do NOT wait - they will kill on Friday, maybe even tomorrow. Last Friday they wiped out 23 cats. They will do it again."

DLH black adult, has some hair loss due to fleas, VERY sweet per the shelter volunteers


MOUSE M DSH white, 7 mos ~ owner surrender with Sweetpie. The owner brought them to the shelter *in her purse.* Sweet boy.


SWEETPIE F Siamese mix cream, 7 mos ~ owner surrender with Mouse. Scared at the shelter but definitely not feral. Owner brought her to the shelter *in her purse.*


DSH tabby kitten, ~2 mos ~ littermates all adopted, this kitten is all alone. SWEET baby who will lay on his/her back in  your hands.


There are many more in there... a litter of five black/white tuxedo kittens, a calico kitten... please help if you can :(
