He was banished from the house because  the owners got new floors and Max was scared to walk on them and then he was banished from the backyard because the owners want the whole backyard for the grandchildren to play in. So, Max is out of luck and sitting at the dog pound.  How unfair for poor Max! I really hope one day they're thrown away like they've thrown Max away.      Another dog tossed out. "Meet Shadow...he is 11 years old was surrendered with his buddy, Son. He used to live in the country but had to move to town and now his barking has become an issue and he was surrendered to the pound.
