Brownie is just the sweetest ole chow mix gal weighing only 38 lbs. Sadly, she was just dumped at the Coachella Riverside as an owner surrender who provided little to no info, but said she is about 14. The shelter describes Brownie however as a “love bug” and told me below, She’s a very sweet old girl. Probably shep/chow. Spotted tongue – that loves to give kisses. She follows me around off leash it’s the sweetest thing. Not for very long, she’s a bit arthritic. We gave her a nail trim and started her on pain meds”.   Although she is geriatric and walks slow, she can get up okay and we have videos to share of her walking, and even giving kisses on the face to people. She does have possible cataracts though. She was also tested with another dog for which she mostly ignored and was a little scared of, but showed no aggression at all. We are looking for an adopter, foster or rescue to save this girl, as well as in desperate need of pledged donations to help secure a rescue and for medical. Please contact robinmorgan@cox.net for further information and or if you can help. Thank you dearly, Robin and Southern California Chow Chow Rescue Network

That's it. It seems mobile readers cannot read my blog. Google informed me of problems with mobile devices and the blog. How nice of them. Right.
