> shattering! As you all know, we have kept our *NO KILL status* for over 3
> years now thanks to our Shelby County No Kill Mission. Most of you know
> that it *IS NOT A GUARANTEE at ANY TIME for this COUNTY RUN shelter to
> STAY NO KILL*!! Because they are county run, they have to take in EVERY
> stray animal in the county and EVERY owner surrender!!! They CANNOT turn
> any away!! We can’t put animals in a kennel we don’t have open!! *We
> NEED YOUR HELP NOW!!!* We need you to adopt, rescue, spread the word and

> This is Gomer - [image: Description:
http://photocache.petfinder.com/fotos/KY139/KY139.18951034-1-x.jpg]
> Gomer is an AWESOME dog. He has been at the shelter since MARCH!! So hard
> to believe that once you meet this cool guy. He is VERY laid back and so
> loveable. He sits on command. He will sit before you ask him just to get
> pets. He is one of those dogs that looks deep into your eyes as if to ask
> WHY he is at this shelter. It breaks your heart to see that look from a
> shelter dog. This boy needs a good home where he won't have to ask anymore.
> Please help him find it, he is SO worth it!

> This is Lucy - [image: Description:
http://photocache.petfinder.com/fotos/KY139/KY139.19248391-1-x.jpg]
> This girl named Lucy is just one of those dogs that makes you say WOW! She
> is FULL of life and love for anyone that will take the time to spend it with
> her. She loves to run so would be a GREAT running buddy if you're looking
> for one. She does pull some on the leash but with some time along with her
> intelligence, she will learn. She is pretty young, only about year old. She
> is a large dog, long and lanky legs. She is a true beauty inside and out.
> Come and visit her and see for yourself!
>
>
> This is Cookie - [image: Description:
http://photocache.petfinder.com/fotos/KY139/KY139.19396585-1-x.jpg]
> Cookie is BACK! She took a little road trip on an adoption that just didn't
> work for her. Cookie is a typical staffie. She is on the smaller side of a
> medium sized dog. She has a lot of energy but with plenty of exercise and
> patience, this girl would be a GREAT pup to have. She loves to go for walks
> and get in the grass. After about 5 minutes, her energy level reduces
> significantly. She LOVES to lean on you and get pets and pats. She is great
> with other dogs. She needs her 2nd chance. Come and visit her at the
> shelter, she will show you how fun she can be!

> This is Taz - [image: Description:
http://photocache.petfinder.com/fotos/KY139/KY139.19535999-2-x.jpg]
> Meet Taz. Taz usually is connected with the Tazmanian Devil, which is wild
> and spins circles. But, Taz is not like that at all. When he first comes out
> of his kennel, he is excited and wants to go outside. But, after about 2-3
> minutes, he starts to act like himself. He is great on a leash. He has the
> most beautiful stride, he almost glides. He could very easily be a full bred
> labrador. He is very large, I would guess about 90 pounds. He's a big boy!
> He sits and lays down on command, someone has spent the time to train him.
> He likes to lean and is just a very loving boy. If you're looking for a
> large black lab, this boy is your guy!
>
> This is Cassie - [image: Description:
http://photocache.petfinder.com/fotos/KY139/KY139.19113432-1-x.jpg]
> Cassie is a gorgeous Lab/Aussie mix. She is a large dog with a equally
> large heart. She is so fun to be around. She LOVES getting attention, she
> would rather have that than food. And, she is nosey. She likes to see what
> you are doing and why you are doing it. It's too cute. She would love to be
> with you in your house and see what you are up to. Can you give that to her?
> If not, tell your firends, this girl needs a GREAT home!! *I recently
> took Cassie to an adoption event and she was the PERFECT angel! She fell in
> love with a Tibet Mastiff while she was there but his owner wasn’t sure he
> was ready for another dog! She loves every dog and person that she meets!

> This is Aria - [image: Description:
http://photocache.petfinder.com/fotos/KY139/KY139.18948904-1-x.jpg]
> Aria is a very friendly and loving cat. She loves to be rubbed behind her
> ears and will let you hold her and love on her. She would be a great
> addition to any home.

> This is Tigger - [image: Description:
http://photocache.petfinder.com/fotos/KY139/KY139.19471796-1-x.jpg]
> Tigger is a beautiful light colored tabby. He could be part Bengal. He is
> very loveable and a BIG purrer! He would love for you to visit him. Please
> help him find a great home!
>
>
> This is Tiffany - [image: Description:
http://photocache.petfinder.com/fotos/KY139/KY139.18948770-1-x.jpg]
> Tiffany is a great people cat. She loves to be held. She is friendly,
> passive and playful. If you're looking for a great house cat, she is it!
>
This is Squirt - [image: Description:
http://photocache.petfinder.com/fotos/KY139/KY139.19471812-2-x.jpg]
> Squirt is a beautiful boy! He was somewhat timid and scared at being in a
> cage at first, but now shows that he is definitely a people-cat. He will
> greet you with a "meow" as soon as you walk up to his cage. What a good boy.
> He is trying to find his new owner! Can you help him? Please do, he deserves
> it! He is FREE with an approved application since he is over 4 months old!!
