High Kill to Forever Home and Rescue
Many of you have seen the emails about Shaney, a dear 13 year old, 3 legged pit bull girl whose family DUMPED HER in a KILL SHELTER in Athens, GA. The cry went out for her and a good Samaritan and pit bull lover in VA is going to give Shaney a forever home. We just need to get her there. Joining her on the trip will be Shiloh, a female husky, who was also rescued from a high kill shelter and is headed the same direction.
A special Chipin page has been created to help raise some money for Shaney initial vet care. If you can't help drive them, consider donating to Shaney's care. Her new mom has donated to many needy bullys over the years and now needs our help. B.A.R.K. of VA is taking donations on Shaney's behalf, so they are TAX DEDUCTIBLE.
