March 2. 2009 It's Raining Cats and Dogs in Shelbyville KY. Eleven Dogs in Danger ( Many Puppies)
***crosspost***
Hello All, We were able to move 13 dogs on Saturday. Thanks to patient drivers, wonderful rescues and a great transport coordinator that is still monitoring the final legs today, those lucky 13 will be alive to see a better life. The ones that are still here may not have that options. Even with the transport, we are over capacity. We have every kennel full and some doubled. We have animals displaced out of the kennel area that need to be out of the small cages they are in. Please look at this list of very loving and sweet babies. Their lives are no less precious then the ones that made it out. They just need you to make the dream of life a reality.
URGENT LIST: Jazmine (fully vetted) http://www.petfinder.com/petnote/displaypet.cgi?petid=12977798 Sally (Spayed and ready to go)
http://www.petfinder.com/petnote/displaypet.cgi?petid=12897128 Lady (full of life and fully vetted)
http://www.petfinder.com/petnote/displaypet.cgi?petid=12966461 Hope Lilly (finally off the chain but not out of danger....
Cupid Candi (don't let these siblings be like old candy and get thrown away...
Cherish (her Casanova was adopted, why not her...
Pinky Lee (full of life and energy being wasted at the shelter
Lewis (found on the interstate, safe from vehicles but not from euthanasia.... )
Miguel (big dog in a little package... let this pint size man live another day..... )
Pet finder is being updated tonight with the MANY MANY more animals that need help. The list above have been at the shelter the longest and are in the most desperate need of your help.
