DAISY
Daisy is an 8 week old collie mix that was brought into the Greenville Shelter as a stray. When she came in, we weren’t even sure if she would survive. She had many puncture wounds and her eye was injured. We took her to the vet today, and did x-rays…only to find out that Daisy had been shot with over 30 BB’s from a pellet gun! She will lose her eye, because she was shot directly in it. The BB’s will not need to be removed, but Poppy will need to have her eye removed and lots of medicine to get her healthy!
This just breaks my heart for this sweet adorable puppy. Many a tear has been shed for the inhumane treatment of this innocent puppy.
