Buffy is a sweet young shepherd mix approximately 1 year old. He is black and tan with a medium smooth coat. She was surrendered to the shelter by her owner on July 30, 2008.
Please contact rlridgway@hughes.net if you can help Buffy. Transport help available. Euth any day. Help needed to pull, foster, and transport dogs. Located in southeast Ohio, right on the river.

There are many reasons for owner surrender. It could be an elderly person surrendered Buffy or someone whose home was foreclosed. I am not sure of the reason. She is a sweet dog so the surrender most likely has nothing to do with her. She is at the shelter because of the owner's circumstances.
