April 10, 2009 ."You can see it in their eyes that they are slowly giving up" NC Cats

Look at these sweeties. They need your love.

"Although we do not have many cats here at the shelter kitten season is among us and we soon will. That means these older cats will be looked over. These cats have been here since January and no one has even came into the shelter looking for a cat. So please if you are looking for a cat look at these babies. They are in desperate need of somewhere to go and all of them are really, really sweet. You can see it in there eyes that they are slowly giving up. These cats are located in Spruce Pine, NC through the Mitchell county animal shelter. Please help if you can.

Garfield was electrocuted as a young kitten but has not suffered any damage. He is a super sweet cat and has been at the shelter the longest.
