| Celeste emailed me and said someone in Illinois is interested him fostering him. If any one would be willing to donate to his vet fees so it wouldn't be as expensive for this rescue person as I am sure transport and boarding will add up. you can contact Celeste the rescue coordinator for the pound at rlridgway@hughes.net and she will direct you to the vet I believe it is; Mineral Springs Vet 147 Hillcrest, Little Hocking,Ohio Pound doesn't have paypal so she said the only form of payment could be a check, but if any one wants to contact Celeste, she is listed on the Humane Society of Ohio Valley so rest assured she will get the money and the vetting done. thanks Posted Thu Oct 22, 2009 9:45 pm: Charlie is SAFE. Loves belly rubs. Made a Great Impression on Volunteer who got him into boarding for one week in hopes someone will rescue or adopt him. Don't let this dog down, please.

i thought Charlie was put down over the weekend. i received an email stating pound volunteer got him into a boarding facility for 1 week to extend the possibility of saving Charlie.
he is a sweet dog part of the hoarding case. He is only 25 pounds he is a shepherd mix. very mild submissive dog. didn't bark like all the other dogs did when you walked into the room.
