January 6, 2008 Kitties in Licking County Pound Ohio "shelter gets in far more cats than they can place locally."

Hope everyone had a Happy New Year!!! & Thank you for your help in 2008!!!!!

Rescues: I want to try to get the cats leaving Licking a bit healthier prior to transport - if any rescue will help one of these kitties, I will pull it this week, vaccinate it, worm it, treat with antibiotics (if needed), and put flea treatment on (if needed) and THEN send the kitty next week....

This is an EXTREMELY high-kill facility & these cats need rescued ASAP as the shelter gets in far more cats than they can place locally..... Please let me know ASAP if you can help.....
