Please remember, just because they are no longer on death-row does not mean that they should be overlooked. If foster homes are full, none can be pulled from death-row; therefore, if you save one of these babies, you are saving more than just ONE life!!!

Lisa - Beautiful Silver Tabby
Lisa is a very young and very pretty Silver Tabby. She had a litter of babies, even though she is still a baby herself, and she lost them all... Then, she almost lost her life at Liberty County Animal Control but thankfully a kind woman sponsored her vetting, which allowed me to pull her. She went to First Coast No More Homeless Pets clinic on Thursday and was spayed and received her Rabies vaccine. Lisa is very lovable with humans and other cats alike. She loves to head-butt everyone, which sometimes surprises the object of her affection at the time when it's another cat. LOL She is curious and active and will fit in any house hold, be it with cats or dogs or both. :-) All she needs now is a permanent home. | |

Cindy - Perfect Diluted Tortoiseshell Cat
We pulled Cindy from Liberty County Animal Control because she looked like she was pregnant and the last thing that needed to happen was for her to have her babies in that filthy place... Cindy went to First Coast No More Homeless Pets on Thursday and was spayed, received her Rabies shot and was tested for Feline Leukemia, which thankfully was negative. What's great too is that Cindy was not pregnant!! She just has a pudgy little Tummy because she loves to eat. I cannot say in so many words what a wonderful cat she is... You'd have to meet her to believe me! Cindy is very small, her coat is fluffy and she's such a cute Diluted Tortie. This little girl makes no demands and is happy with whatever life gives her. She will be satisfied with whatever sleeping quarters she is offered and never complains but loves when she has a soft bed to sleep in and a human to love on her. She really enjoys belly rubs and will move her short little leg out of the way for best access. LOL She obviously used to live in a home with dogs because they do not concern her one bit and neither does she mind other cats. She is even a perfect passenger on car rides; she will sit quietly in the passenger seat and enjoy the ride. She is an amazing lover and I don't hesitate to say that she is perfect. Now, she just needs a forever home.

Lulu - Very Special Torby
Lulu breaks my heart... I found her at Liberty County Animal Control. Beautiful as she is, it was easy to find an adopter for her. She was supposed to go up north to Pennsylvania next week and live in her new home with another cat from the same facility. I sent her to First Coast No More Homeless Pets on Thursday where she was spayed and received her Rabies vaccine. Lulu was also tested for Feline Leukemia but she came back positive... I can't describe how upsetting this was to me. she could not go to her new home anymore because she was not going to be an only kitty there... A wonderful foster mom has offered to take her in for now because she has an enclosure with several other feline leukemia positive cats. Though Lulu is safe for now, I know that she is not happy... Lulu ADORES people so much and gets very attached, very quickly. In her present situation, her companions are cats, not so much humans; therefore, I am determined to find a one-cat home for Lulu where she can be with her beloved human family. There must be someone out there who would like to give her a home and does not have any other cats!! She is an absolutely, drop-dead gorgeous Torby. She is even good with calm dogs - just look at all of her pictures. She is playful and so deserving. If there is anyone out there touched by her story, please don't hesitate to contact me. Lulu is a true treasure...
IMPORTANT: Lulu can live a long and happy life with Feline Leukemia, she just should not be in a home with other cats (unless they also have the disease) because, since the virus is mainly transmitted from one cat to another through saliva, they would not be able to share a food/water bowl or groom each other and that's nearly impossible. But as an only kitty, she would make someone very, very happy.

Sonic - Happy Cream Tabby
Look at those cheeks! Isn't he just absolutely adorable?! Sonic is a cream colored Tabby, around 3 years old, neutered, UTD with his vaccines and tested Feline Leukemia negative. He is such a lover and really needs a home!!!!! Poor Sonic came into Animal Control in Hinesville with a bloody nose - we're assuming another cat beat him up - but since he is so sweet with other cats, it's pretty clear that he was not the instigator of the fight. Sonic is in foster care with other cats and really would love to have his own home with fewer cats to share his human(s) with. He is a total love bug and it would make him very happy to find love. Don't let this one slip through the cracks. He's a true find and a southern gentleman. ;-)

Tortoiseshell anyone? Tell me this is not a looker. She is just begging to be noticed and scooped up for a wonderful home. She has a baby that looks exactly like her (3rd picture) and is in need, too.

Little black guy came in with an oreo kitten that is being pulled by the HS next door. He has the classic Halloween look and it's almost that time. Whose gonna step up to give this one a forever home?
*****************************************************************
LOOK at that coat!!! Wow, right?! Yes, it's amazing and so is this precious kitty. Look at the loving you could get just by saving a life. Lazy girl right here. When I opened her cage she did not move. Just stretched her neck out to peer at the other cats around her. Her neck was the only thing moving, getting up wasn't an option. ;) Don't let this one slip through the cracks.

What can I say about this one...?! I mean, just look at it. Is your heart not breaking? How can it not. Just a baby and death on its door step. Please help before it's too late.
*******************************************************************
Striking! Wouldn't you say?! A fluffy coat and such soulful eyes... All this baby needs is a window sill or a lap.

Everyone loves a tuxedo kitty. I hope this will be true for this baby because the facility is full and soon room will have to be made once again... She has some brown undertones in her coat that gives it a unique look. Please help!

Female Diluted Calico, VERY PLAYFUL! Could hardly get her to sit still. Loves to be loved on and out of the cage frisky and jumping around to explore.
