SAFE

Sandy, 805-414, beautiful girl... She has no idea what she is doing in this place... Look at that sad and confused look in her eyes... She is frightened to no end. What a beautiful sweetheart. She should be peacefully sleeping in a soft kitty bed with not a care in the world; yet, here she is on death's door step.

Starsky, 802-5127, around 4 months old and just wants out of his cell. :-(( What can you say when you see another black baby kitty in a kill facility. You already know that the odds are very slim and it hurts your heart... You pray for a miracle that there is SOMEONE out there who is actually WANTING a black kitten. Anyone???

UPDATE 9/11/11 from Petra Cindy NOT PREGNANT

Contact: Petra at newbeginningsanimalrescue@gmail.com

"We pulled Cindy because she looked like she was pregnant and the last thing that needed to happen was for her to have her babies in that filthy Liberty County AC. Cindy went to First Coast No More Homeless Pets on Thursday and was spayed, received her Rabies shot and was tested for Feline Leukemia, which thankfully was negative. What's great too is that Cindy was not pregnant!! She just has a pudgy little Tummy because she loves to eat. I cannot say in so many words what a wonderful cat she is... You'd have to meet her to believe me! Cindy is very small, her coat is fluffy and she's such a cute Deluted Tortie. This little girl makes no demands and is happy with whatever life gives her. She will be satisfied in a small crate and never complain but loves when she has a soft bed to sleep in and a human to love on her. She really enjoys belly rubs and will move her short little leg out of the way for best access. LOL She obviously used to live in a home with dogs because they do not concern her one bit and neither does she mind other cats. She is an amazing lover and I don't hesitate to say that she is perfect. Now, she just needs a forever home."

Cindy, 801-333, pregnant female..maybe only a few more days to go. :-((( Very sweet girl. ♥ Will she become another statistic? The thought of her dying along with her unborn babies is something I can hardly stomach... She is beautiful, loving, curious and does not deserve this for her or her babies. She deserves to have her fuzzy babies in the safety of a home where she can nurse them and clean them and where they will find homes when they are old enough and momma Cindy can get spayed and live out her life in peace...

*****************************************************************

This beautiful girl is Ellie, 803-3460, so pretty and very gentle. ♥ What a wonderful little soul Miss Ellie is... Not only is she pretty as can be, she is oh so gentle when touched and held and would love to be your lap baby. Look at her spreading her soft little paws in anticipation of a warm and loving touch. She could be all yours, all you have to do is pledge your commitment to her.

*****************************************************************

Hutch, 802-1544, around 4 months old DSH Tabby boy. Have a look at this face... Do you see the worry?! I do... He is only a baby and already knows that this is not how life should be. He wants to climb and play, wants to cuddle and feel loved... Will this happen for him?

*******************************************************************

Isis, 804-4955, is what most people would call "just and average gray Tabby female." Yet each cat has her own personality and look - most people just don't see that. Poor Isis will probably fall victim to a cold needle because of this... She used to belong to a family where she felt safe and didn't have to worry. Now she knows something is very, very wrong, which is why she is so scared. :-((

******************************************************************

Jojo, 806-1555, beautiful Dilute Tortie. Jojo is SCREAMING to get out of her cage. She is a very affectionate girl and is so missing the cuddling, rubbing and loving of a human. She has wonderful markings with subtle hints of peach color and gray and pretty eyes. Please someone help her!

******************************************************************

Lisa, 802-5136, silver tabby girl, just had babies and lost them all... And she is just a baby herself, very sweet.♥ This is a heartbreaking story... Imagine finding yourself in her situation - losing all of your babies and then knowing you will die, too when your life really has just begun...

UPDATE 9/11/11 FROM PETRAHinesville, GA
Contact: Petra at newbeginningsanimalrescue@gmail.com

Lulu breaks my heart... She was supposed to go up north next week and live in her new home with another kittie from Liberty County AC. I sent her to First Coast No More Homeless Pets on Thursday where she was spayed and received her Rabies vaccine. Lulu was also tested for Feline Leukemia but to our shock, she came back positive. I can't describe how upsetting this was to me. she could not go to her new home anymore because she was not going to be an only kitty there... But she also could not stay with me because my situation at home would not allow it for long-term. A great friend has offered to take her in because she has an enclosure with several other feline leukemia positive cats. I know this wonderful lady already has her hands full and is only trying to help, which is why I want to post our Miss Lulu and see if there might be someone out there who would like to give her a home and does not have any other cats. Lulu can live a long and happy life with this virus, she just should not be around other cats because it would not be save for them should they ever fight and transfer blood. But as an only kitty, she could make someone very happy. She is an absolutely, drop-dead gorgeous Torby and she LOVES people. She cries for attention and is even good with calm dogs - just look at all of her pictures. She is playful and so deserving. If there is anyone out there touched by her story, please don't hesitate to contact me. Lulu is a true treasure..

Lulu, 806-1556, she is beautiful and running out of time. :-( Lulu is wanting affection so bad. Just look at how she is leaning toward the hand petting her. She is such a pretty girl - I call kitties like her patchwork kitties, not Calico, not Tortie, not Tabby - but an unusual pretty coat. This young lady wants so much to belong again. Can you save her?

*************************************************************************

Mom and 4 kittens, they are about 6-7 weeks old, three black and one gray kitten. They want to play soooooo bad, just like little ones should; yet, they are stuck in a tiny, very cold steel cage with no toys, no soft blanky... Mom must be so scared. She knows this is not right. I can't imagine the predicament she is in... And on top of that, she is black... We know what this means for her and her offspring. :-( Please, can't someone help them?!

***********************************************************************

Two super cute orange tabbies, around 9-10 weeks old... Just babies and on death's door step...

*********************************************************************************

This beauty is Pandora, 803-3492, very sweet and affectionate girl. ♥ She has such beautiful markings that I'd not hesitate to say she's one in a million! :-) Don't let this precious baby slip through your fingers.
