Please take a look at this gorgeous senior! What a sad story he has! Who could return this dear boy to the fate of the pound just moments after adopting him? That hasty adoption could cost him his life as he is now considered an OTI and is very urgent! Can anyone help Clifford??? Why Choose Me? Clifford is a big red dog with a little grey on his muzzle. Unfortunately, Clifford was adopted but then returned moments later when his adopter changed her mind. Now Clifford is considered an OWNER SURRENDER and is at the very top of the euthanasia list.
