We are working very hard to help this small rural HS become low kill. They
have been extremely high kill for quite a few years and now have new people
at the helm and they are working very hard to save lives. Rescues working
with them to help get some of the URGENTS out are vital. If you have room
for just one, please help! If you don't have room, please crosspost!
These dogs only have DAYS left to live. PLEASE consider pulling just one.

I have a dream that one day I will live in a nation
where my Pit Bull will not be judged by the shape of her body and head,
but by the content of her character.

Here are the dogs that need out soon...note some have not been fixed.
Only Chance is heart worm positive that I can tell.

1. Chance - Pit Bull, fully vetted, neutered, heart worm positive. Been in
shelter since January! He's a yellow/white boy who is handsome and about
55#. High energy~ about 2 yrs old.
*can get picture if need be.

2. Wilma & Fred - Pit bull brother and sister, both altered, beautiful
brindles, approx. a few years old, not always friendly with other dogs, but
love each other and are good on command (trained), very sweet not thriving
in kennel environment, brought in on Feb. 25th.

3. Raphiel & Katie - Pit Bulls, brother and sister, white with beautiful
markings, both altered, very young, don't like cats, trained, crate trained
and hopefully can stay together. Both altered and brought in on Feb. 23rd.

4. Hanns & Greta - Pit Bulls, brother and sister, chocolate, very young,
not altered, appear to be dog aggressive, especially the Greta-she
will bite at the kennel walls to grab at another dog, her nose is all
marked up because of it it. Brought in Feb. 22.
Hanns is 1st photo, Greta is second.

5. Saphire - Beautiful blue coat, approx 3 years old, sits on command,
spayed, not thriving in kennel environment brought in on Feb. 6th.

6. Gustan - Shepherd mix, middle age, well trained, not thriving in kennel
environment, low energy, NOT neutered, brought in on March 5th.

7. Janet - Shepherd/Lab mix, brown/red cost, approx. few years old, NOT
spayed, not thriving in kennel environment, brought in on March 20th.

8. Trigger - Lab mix, 6 months, black, high energy, neutered, sweet just
needs training, crate trained, brought in on March 3rd.

9. Howler - Hound mix, approx, one year, brown, good disposition, not
thriving in kennel environment, not neutered

10. Wendy - Pit/Lab mix, small in size (40 lbs), black/white, sweet,
spayed, needs lots of attention, not thriving in kennel environment,
brought in on Feb. 2nd.

11. Champ - Hound mix, male, one year old, brown, not good with cats,
neutered, lots of energy, brought in on March 22nd.

12. Lexi & Brie - Labs brother & sister perhaps, at least 9-10 years old,
owner surrenders, black in color, both are altered.
