Needs rescue commitment by Saturday, 4/14

GIFFORD

                

Gifford was rescued from a kill shelter just before his euthanization date last September. Sadly, his owner is losing her home and Gifford has lost everything...again. He has a foster arranged for two weeks.

Gifford needs an adopter, or foster and rescue group to take him in by April 14^th or he will be out of options.

Gifford is:

• 2yr old male Pit mix, possibly with Amer. Bulldog; 70lbs
• Up to date, neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative
• Knows commands: sit, down, shake with both paws, stay/wait, heel (may need a refresher)
• Healthy, fed Salmon based allergy diet
• Great companion, medium activity level
• Good with one other dog, calm temperament or puppy
• Would also be great as an only pet
• No cats
• Currently located in Westchester, CT
