This can be done via fax or email. they are not altered before release . and do not receive a rabies shot . IF you are out of the state of GA you must have the animal vaccinated with the rabies shot / a wellness check and a health cert authorizing interstate transport. ( i can assist in transporting it to the vet ) Dr Galls office has the best prices I've found locally rabies is $16.00 , wellness-check is $45.00, health cert is $25.00 ( abt $86.00 total) animals at this animal control facility can receive a nasal bordetella , and a 5 way distemper-parvo shot (no lepto), and a Heartworm test .
