August 9, 2009 Scooter is in a Lincoln Illinois Shelter. Wed IS HIS LAST DAY.. He Just Breaks My Heart. He Is A Great Dog. Please Help Him.

"This is a very sweet Boxer/Pit mix male that I almost lost him Wednesday. We are full but the vet went on vacation. He will be euthanized this Wednesday unless I have a place for him to go. He has been there the longest and even though he is a favorite at the pound we are full and got in another dog this afternoon.
Scooter is neutered, HW negative , rabies and DHPP and Bordtella given…. I had him totally vetted so he would be ready for adoption, I am hoping it was not in vain, He is on HW preventative at the pound. He has no dog aggression and is a sweetheart. 54 lbs. Very shy.
