 What A Love! Poor Billy was abandoned at the shelter by his previous owner. Billy greets every person he hears come to his kennel but then lays down quietly on the concrete floor. I think he's waiting for his owners to come back and get him. He probably thinks they have just gone on vacation and will be back soon. Billy doesn't have much time at the shelter. Please help this sweet boy! Billy is already neutered. Please consider giving him a loving home.This shelter euthanizes weekly due to overpopulation.
